- Marpensa Sa. produces and sells "fine aroma" cocoa with Denomination of Origin, considered the best in the world and highly quoted by the large chocolate corporations. Cocoa management is carried out through a rigorous agroforestry system and an exhaustive quality control in the process plant that guarantees its exquisite aroma and soft and floral flavor.
- National Cacao fine and aroma, humidity between 7 and 7.5%, good fermentation between 82 and 86%, violet between 10 and 14%, mold 1%, slate 1%. Weight of 100 grains - between 105 and 110 gr.

- We offer you fine organic aroma cocoa with BIOSUISSE and USDA organic certifications certified by ECOCERT. We also have the FAIRTRADE Certification, certified by FLO-CERT since 2005. At present there is an area of 17 000 hectares in agroforestry systems that contribute to the conservation of biodiversity and the environment.
